SUMMARY:Balsam @ Pinnacle: Winter Solstice Hike
DESCRIPTION:Let’s celebrate the shortest day\, the longest night\, and the return of the light with a hike in the winter woods. This will be a moderate hike of no more than 1.5 miles with a couple of short\, but steep\, uphill portions. We’ll mosey at a relaxed pace with plenty of pauses to admire the forest and all its denizens. If the weather looks questionable\, check the Trust’s Facebook page to see if we are cancelling or postponing. If nothing is posted\, assume it’s a go! Meet Amy\, BMT’s Community Science Coordinator\, at the Pinnacle Park parking lot.
