Balsam Mountain Trust operates out of a Nature Center located on the Balsam Mountain Preserve. Here, we showcase the natural history and culture of the Southern Blue Ridge Mountains using artifacts, museum specimens, and live animals.
How can I visit?
If you are a member of the public, you may visit the Nature Center by booking a group program or coming for one of our public event days. Learn More
Balsam Mountain Preserve members have year-round access to the Nature Center Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 4pm.
