Balsam @ Pinnacle: Winter Solstice Hike

Take a deep breath amidst the holiday bustle and join us for a peaceful ramble through the winter woods on the eve of the solstice. BMT naturalist Amy Duggins will guide participants through a series of simple exercises designed to help you notice and connect more deeply with the natural world.
